Role: End-to-End Supply Chain Manager (Singapore)
The role involves setting up processes for new formats and geographies, managing supply chain operations including planning, warehouse replenishment, logistics support, repacking opportunities, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Job Scope
- Improve productivity and workflow management.
- Manage D2R customers weekly.
- Develop and enforce SOPs.
Planning and Inventory Management
- Lead sourcing strategy and support innovation projects.
- Implement inventory management to meet DOH targets.
- Control the business waste management and deliver targeted savings
- Optimize supply chain using best practices to support business goals, maintain stock availability, and introduce new products and markets while complying with regulations.
Customer Service
- Manage the Order to Cash process.
- Define RTM for customers.
- Communicate transitions and register customers timely.
- Review demand and track secondary sales.
- Lead the customer delight sessions for all key customers of the geography
- Accountability for the order-to-cash cycle.
Mandate Transition Focus
Adopt new portfolios and manage transitions to UI, ensuring smooth network integration.
Consultation
Work closely with UI Business Director, SC head, Finance Director, Business Development Managers, and other key stakeholders.
- The roles of duties are not exhaustive and may change according to business requirements.
Key Skills And Experience Required
- Strong supply chain experience (8+ years).
- Ability to operate as part of a virtual team.
- Proficiency in IT software for requirements planning.
- Commitment to customer service and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
