SAP Grant Management Consultant with FICO Expertise

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Grant Management (GM)

• Strong expertise in SAP FICO (FI/CO)

• Experience in SAP GM configuration, implementation, and support

• Experience with grants tracking, budgeting, fund allocation, and financial monitoring

• Strong integration knowledge between SAP GM and SAP FICO modules

• Experience in UAT, issue resolution, and post-go-live support

• Ability to manage grant-related reporting and compliance requirements

• Experience in stakeholder management, user training, and documentation

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and migration projects is an advantage

• Experience in public sector / government / non-profit grant management environments preferred

Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP Grant Management functionalities

• Integrate SAP GM with SAP FI/CO modules

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements

• Support testing activities including SIT/UAT and defect resolution

• Maintain grant management reporting and compliance processes

• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities related to grants

• Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and user guides

• Conduct user training sessions and provide post-go-live support

• Monitor and improve grant management business processes
