SAP FM/GM Consultant

Job Description

• Min 6 yrs implementation exp. in FM(Fund Management) and GM modules(Grant Management)

• Should be open for Implementation, Support and Roll-out projects
• Configure and implement SAP Grant Management (GM) and FM functionalities, including grants tracking, budgeting, reporting, and financial monitoring.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure SAP configurations align with business processes.

• Provide expert-level advice on best practices, regulations, and reporting.
• Conduct system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support the resolution of issues related to SAP GM and SAP FM.

• Perform system upgrades and apply patches, ensuring continuous improvements to SAP GM and FM functionalities.

• Support grant-related month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial data related to grants is properly accounted for and reported.

• Maintain documentation for SAP Grant Management and FM processes, configurations, and user guides.

• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the grant management process within SAP.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Grant Management (GM) and FM module configuration, implementation, and support.

• Experience working with complex grant-related workflows, including budgeting, fund allocation, and financial monitoring.

• Excellent knowledge of financial reporting standards, regulatory compliance, and grant management and FM regulations.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in SAP GM and FM modules.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and provide clear documentation and training.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

• SAP certification in Grant Management or FM is a plus.

• Project management experience and familiarity with implementation methodologies are an advantage
