Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Boiler Manager to lead boiler engineering projects for power station construction, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, regulatory compliance, and effective team management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and construction of power station boiler and pipeline projects to ensure structural reliability and project success
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise project activities to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Lead and manage a team of engineers to meet project targets and maintain budget control
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution
- Review and approve project designs, cost reports, engineering documents, and construction schedules for accuracy and compliance
- Prepare and manage project budgets and timelines to optimize resource allocation
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep work on schedule and within budget
- Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve project issues
- Ensure all project activities comply with Singapore regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, reports, and approvals
- Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering team members to enhance performance and professional growth
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and government authorities to support project requirements

- Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure and overtime when required
