Responsibilities:
- The consultant position is responsible for SAP FICO operation and users support.
- Working as a team member, this position will be required to communicate with F&A customers directly in several Asian countries, internal F&A team.
- The consultant is expected to provide solutions promptly with in-depth technical analysis & investigation on FICO issues related to month-end closing and interface with peripheral systems.
- Research, design, and develop computer software or specialised utility programs.
- Analyse user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of mathematical analysis.
- Update software, enhances existing software capabilities, and develops and direct software testing and validation procedures.
- The consultant must have a passion for customer service and consultation which contribute to each company's business and operation efficiency.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in SAP FICO functional support and technical implementation
- Experience in providing user training for SAP FICO payment functions (i.e. APP, EDI, EBS)
- Knowledgeable in Asset Accounting, Foreign Currency Revaluation, Month-End & Year-End Closing procedures in SAP
- Design, and develop computer software solutions, applying principles and techniques
- Experience in configuration of APP, EDI and EBS in SAP
- Can easily adapt to new culture, policies and customized system specifications
- Proactive behaviour and passionate about customer service
