SAP FICO CONSULTANT

Key Job Requirements (8+ Years Experience):

Experience: 8+ years in SAP FICO, with at least 2-3 full-cycle implementation projects.

Modules: Deep expertise in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Banking, Tax) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis).

S/4HANA: Strong hands-on experience in S/4HANA Finance, including Universal Journal and Central Finance.

Integration: Solid knowledge of integration points with SD, MM, and Project Systems (PS).

Role: Ability to handle complex RICEF objects, system configurations, and user training.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT.

Core Responsibilities:

Leading and managing SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and support projects.

Gathering business requirements and preparing functional specifications (FSD).

Configuring and testing SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements.

Providing support for month-end and year-end closing processes.

Ensuring smooth integration of financial processes with other SAP modules.

Preferred Skills:

Strong domain knowledge in finance/accounting.

Experience in Oil & Gas (Upstream/Downstream) or other specialized industries.

Good communication and client-facing skills.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
