Job Description

Position Summary

The Salesforce Implementation Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud solutions for enterprise clients. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, business processes, and customer data strategies to optimize marketing automation, sales operations, and data-driven decision-making. The consultant, based in Singapore, will work closely with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between business challenges and Salesforce-powered solutions, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.

The Role

  • Analyze customer needs and business requirements to identify opportunities for leveraging Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud to enhance customer engagement, sales efficiency, and data management.
  • Identify and recommend Salesforce capabilities that align with business goals, focusing on marketing, automation, sales process optimization, and data unification.
  • Plan and oversee project activities, ensuring the correct implementation of Salesforce solutions while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
  • Design, implement, and deploy Salesforce applications tailored to customer acquisition, retention, and datadriven decision-making.
  • Configure and customize Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud to optimize lead generation, campaign automation, personalized customer journeys, and real-time data analytics.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams (sales, marketing, IT, and properties) to bridge the gap between business challenges and Salesforce-powered solutions.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations throughout the solution design and execution phases to ensure the project team fully understands business needs and goals.
  • Ensure seamless integration of customer data across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud to enable a 360-degree customer view, predictive analytics, and AI-driven insights.
  • Offer suggestions and recommendations during solutions design and execution phase to ensure business intent is understood by the project team.

Talent Profile

Qualification

Diploma holder preferably in Business Administration or equivalent.

Existing Work Authorisation locally, no visa sponsorship provided

Work Experience

2+ years of Salesforce.com implementation experience

Experience working with business process and development teams to design, implement and deploy Salesforce.com applications to different clients at the enterprise level

Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts

Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team.

Ability to work and deliver creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Result oriented persons

Excellent presentation and demonstration skills

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Salesforce dashboards and systems

Excellent command in written and spoken English

Excellent interpersonal, telephone and customer service skills

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
