Procurement Officer (6 Months Contract)

Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $3000
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday Office Hours
• Location: Joo Koon (Company transport pick up at designated pick up points island-wide)
• Manufacturing company
• MNC
• Junior-level job training will be provided
• 6 Months Contract (Cover maternity staff)

Job Scope:

• Handle purchase orders and invoicing matters.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly reports.
• Review and monitor suppliers performance to ensure compliance and quality.
• Source and evaluate new suppliers and products.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives to optimize procurement expenses.
• Manage inventory control of chemicals and supplies.
• Qualify and assess new vendors and alternative sources to support business continuity.

Job Requirements:

• Min 2 years of relevant working experience in a relevant role
• An immediate starter is preferred
