Job Summary:
Role: Salesforce Engineer

Location: Singapore
We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Engineer to support and enhance enterprise Salesforce solutions within a Telecom BSS environment. This role focuses on application support, system enhancements, and ensuring operational stability for Fiber (FTTH/FTTx) and Postpaid Enterprise Mobility use cases.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Communication Cloud (OmniStudio/Vlocity), with the ability to work closely with business and technical teams in a production support and delivery environment.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5-10 years of Salesforce experience with hands-on support and development exposure.
- Strong experience in: Salesforce Service Cloud & Salesforce Communication Cloud (OmniStudio/Vlocity)
- Good understanding of Telecom BSS processes, especially: Fiber (FTTH/FTTx) lifecycle & Postpaid enterprise mobility
- Hands-on experience in: Salesforce Flows and automation, Basic Apex / Lightning Web Components (LWC) (preferred), OmniStudio tools (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors)
- Experience supporting API integrations (REST/SOAP) and resolving data issues.
- Familiarity with production support processes (incident management, RCA, SLA handling).
- Ability to work in a client-facing, onsite environment and collaborate with stakeholders.
Preferred / Advantage
- Exposure to Telecom product catalog, order management, or CPQ concepts.
- Experience working with high-volume or enterprise-scale platforms.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes or support frameworks.
Salesforce certifications such as:
- Service Cloud Consultant
- Platform Developer
- OmniStudio Developer
Roles and Responsibilities:
Application Support & Maintenance
- Provide L2/L3 production support, including issue investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure timely incident closure aligned with SLAs.
- Monitor system health, support platform stability, and implement defect fixes and minor enhancements.
- Support release cycles, regression testing, and environment coordination.
Salesforce Development & Configuration
- Configure and support Salesforce Service Cloud and Communication Cloud (OmniStudio/Vlocity) solutions.
- Develop and enhance workflows, automation, case management, and SLA-driven processes.
- Build or maintain OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors).
- Support product catalog, order flows, and basic CPQ configurations.
Integration & Data Handling
- Support integrations with billing, order management, provisioning, and customer systems.
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations and data exchange.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies, interface failures, and system synchronization issues.
Business & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with business users, telecom BSS teams, and IT teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Provide user support, system guidance, and functional clarifications.
- Coordinate with offshore teams and vendors to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution.
