Job Summary
You will develop and experiment with machine learning models, translate research into prototypes, and collaborate in Agile teams to deliver innovative data science solutions that enhance client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop, experiment with, and optimize machine learning models to improve performance and reliability
- Analyze model behavior and diagnose training issues to design effective experiments
- Translate emerging research into practical prototypes to advance data science capabilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using REST APIs, FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks
- Debug and resolve software issues impacting machine learning workflows in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
- Apply collaborative coding practices using Git and CI/CD pipelines to ensure code quality and integration
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate effectively within fast-paced, multidisciplinary Agile teams
- Demonstrate curiosity and proactively learn new domains, especially data privacy
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience with privacy-enhancing technologies, anonymization, synthetic data generation, or differential privacy
- Familiarity with frontend integration workflows such as Next.js or React
- Prior experience working in multidisciplinary product teams
