Responsibilities
- To assist Sales Executive in corresponding, coordinating and collaborating with various customer's inquiry and complaint, by communicating with all related department from factory to sales executive.
- To provide on-time, polite, intelligent and attentive customer service at all the time.
- To coordinate with production and logistic department to ensure timely delivery of customer's order.
- Contribute information to Sales/Branch manager 7P(Product/Price/Promotion/Place/People/Process Evidence) can be identified in the market.To prepare and file various sales documentations in a timely and orderly procedure. Documents
- include Quotations, Proforma Invoices, Production Order, Job Order, Delivery Orders, Commercial Invoice, Monthly Sales Reports and etc.
- Update all customer data and purchase record in Pipeline, MYOB and JP.
- Monitor and update all filing records to ensure all records are in timely and orderly manner.
- To assist Sales Executive/ Manager in making appointment and market analysis.
- Handling of company CRM system, MYOB system, prepare entries when PO come in.
- Responsible for supporting all Sales/Account Manager in all activities such as preparing quotation and attending to customer enquiries.
- Assist to liaise quotation and response to customer enquiries while the sales people are not available. Follow up on all quotation and sending samples.
- General administration work directly and indirectly related to sales.
Academic / Skill / Experience Requirement
- A diploma holder with relevant experience in this field.
- Detailed, analytical and able to work under pressure and independently.
- Meticulous and systematic.
- An ability to work independently and as a team from time to time.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken.
