About the role:
Our client is a well-established multinational company (MNC) with a strong global presence. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end order management cycle, ensuring efficient processing and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction in all after-sales service interactions.
Job responsibility:
Customer Support & Service Coordination
Serve as the first point of contact for all service requests, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
Prepare and issue Service Tickets and Service Reports to ensure the Service Supervisor can assign jobs to technicians accurately and efficiently
Review quotations prepared by technicians and follow up with customers to secure confirmation
Provide timely updates to customers and resolve service-related issues effectively, aiming to close all conversations within the same day whenever possible
Prepare invoices and coordinate payment collection for non-credit customers
Ensure all invoices are promptly uploaded to customers invoicing systems or sent via email
Service Operations & Documentation
Ensure all service documentation, including Service Tickets, Service Reports, and Quotations, are accurately completed by technicians
Monitor and track the status of repairs and service requests in the CRM system or through coordination with the Service Supervisor to ensure no outstanding issues remain
Manage parts requisitions and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to fulfil service and repair needs
Ensure customer credit terms are met and invoices are sent promptly via email or invoicing systems
Conduct weekly back-order checks to ensure accurate tracking and resolution
Requirement:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related discipline
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in order management, customer service and sales operations
Knowledge of the SAP system will be an added advantage
