Working location: Loyang
Working Days: 5.5 days (Saturday WFH)
Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm / 9.00am - 12.00pm
Responsibilities:
Cold calling to generate new leads and support business development initiatives.
Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements tailored to client requirements.
Assist the sales team in updating and maintaining customer records using the CRM system.
Follow up on pending quotations, actively working to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
Maintain and organize sales reports and documentation for tracking and reporting purposes.
Support marketing activities, including sales campaigns, email communications, and event coordination.
Maintain strong product knowledge of logistics services (e.g. freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing)
Provide reliable after-sales support, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
GCE O Levels / Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant sales or customer service experience, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding
Knowledge of Incoterms, freight rates, logistics documentation, freight forwarding software or CRM system is an advantage.
