Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and communicate with the Purchaser team on the inventory in accordance with the sales order.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team on daily operations, which include prepare quotation, issue invoice, purchases order and delivery management.
- Provide after sales services to customers on feedback and reply to their inquiries.
- Work closely with the key customers and follow-up with inbound leads for new sales opportunities.
- Render assistance to Sales Manager on documents for tender submission
Job Requirements:
- Fresh Diploma are welcome to apply.
- Alternatively, candidate possesses 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience as a Sales Support/Sales Coordinator for Sales Department is welcome too.
- Candidate who is equipped with some experiences in computer hardware/ software/ maintenance contract is an added advantage.
- Dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- People oriented. Building good rapport and establishing relations with IT Business Partners.
- Proficient in MS Office Skills.
