About the role
As a Sales Support Executive, CL at Geodis Singapore Pte. Ltd., you will play a vital role in supporting the BU's sales efforts. This full-time position is based in the West Region and will involve providing administrative and operational assistance to the contract logistics team. You'll be working in a collaborative environment, contributing to the overall success of the organisation.
What you'll be doing
Manage and maintain customer records and sales data in the company's CRM system
Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and other client-facing documents (e.g. quotation, tracking invoices and sales commission)
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of client services
Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and processing expense reports
Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and processes
Liaise with clients to address inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Follow up on leads from all sources via email.
What we're looking for
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or client administration role, preferably in the client & sales administration industry
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a keen attention to detail
Familiarity with sales processes and a good understanding of the client & sales administration industry
