Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and service-minded individual to join us as a Sales & Quotations Executive. You'll play a key role in supporting our clients, preparing insurance quotes, and contributing to overall sales and client retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Build and maintain good relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing support and timely responses.
- Quotations & Renewals: Prepare accurate insurance quotations and assist with policy renewals for assigned clients.
- Customer Service: Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure clients have a positive experience with our service.
- New Business: Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential new clients.
- Sales Support: Recommend suitable products and services, and support sales efforts through up-selling and cross-selling when appropriate.
Requirements:
- Minimum O-Level qualification.
- Positive attitude, willing to learn and grow in the role.
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication skills in English.
- BCP, PGI, ComGI, and HI certifications are an advantage.
