Job Summary
Join us as a part-time Warehouse Assistant, supporting service scheduling, customer communication, stock management, and shipment preparation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate monthly servicing schedules by liaising with in-house and outsourced service teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Communicate and confirm service appointment timings directly with customers to maintain clear scheduling
- Respond promptly to customer service emails to support client inquiries and requests
- Receive, organise, and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse to ensure inventory readiness
- Pick, pack, and arrange shipments for outgoing items to meet delivery schedules efficiently
- Wash and clean used cylinders and prepare new cylinders for delivery to maintain service quality and safety
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office and warehouse to provide a safe and efficient work environment
- Perform other assigned tasks to support daily warehouse and service operations
Required competencies and certifications
- Ability to communicate in basic English or Chinese to facilitate customer and team interactions
- Physical fitness and comfort with light manual work to handle warehouse tasks safely and effectively
- Responsible and punctual work ethic to ensure reliability and consistency in role performance

Work Hours and Pay
- 4-5 hours per day, 5 weekdays per week
- SGD 13-15 per hour
