Our Health and Beauty Division in Singapore delivers comprehensive sales and operations support to ensure smooth order management, campaign execution, and operational coordination, driving business efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Summary

You will provide detailed and proactive support across sales and operations, managing orders, coordinating logistics, supporting marketing campaigns, and maintaining accurate records to enhance overall business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Process orders, quotations, and invoices, and follow up with customers and suppliers to ensure accuracy and timely completion
  • Track order status and coordinate with relevant parties to guarantee on-time delivery
  • Maintain and update sales records, reports, and basic sales forecasts to support business planning
  • Prepare monthly reports including rebates and sales data for management review
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team to facilitate smooth operations
  • Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and 3PL partners to coordinate deliveries and returns efficiently
  • Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or delays promptly to prevent disruptions
  • Support e-commerce order fulfillment processes as needed to meet customer demand
  • Verify logistics invoices and maintain accurate documentation for financial and operational transparency
  • Assist in promotion planning and update promotional trackers to ensure campaign effectiveness
  • Coordinate Point of Sale Materials (POSM) such as posters and banners with vendors and sales teams for timely deployment
  • Ensure marketing materials are placed in stores on schedule to maximize promotional impact

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in business support or administrative roles

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to efficiently manage documentation and communication
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving abilities to identify and address operational issues
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Working hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday 10am to 12pm, Saturday
