Job Summary
You will support sales and order management processes to ensure smooth daily operations, accurate order handling, and timely customer support while gaining exposure to business workflows, inventory control, and customer management.
You will also gain exposure to industrial adhesive applications and dispensing solutions, including different types of adhesives, basic dispensing equipment, and how solutions are applied across industries such as pharmaceutical, medical, aerospace, and semiconductor.
This exposure will help you better understand customer requirements and support the sales team in proposing suitable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Process quotations, sales orders, invoicing, and payment tracking using ERP systems to ensure accurate and timely transactions
- Maintain and update customer records and pricing structures to support sales accuracy
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to verify stock availability and facilitate order fulfilment
- Monitor inventory levels and stock movements to maintain accurate stock data
- Follow up on outstanding payments and delivery status to ensure timely collections and shipments
- Support the sales team by processing orders and responding to customer enquiries promptly
- Organize and maintain proper documentation and filing of sales transactions
- Assist in identifying and implementing improvements to workflow efficiency and data accuracy
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in administrative, sales support, or operations roles
- Comfortable using ERP systems and Excel with basic formulas
- Strong attention to detail and consistent performance in routine, structured tasks
- Effective communication skills for internal coordination
