Identify and manage sales opportunities and projects to drive revenue growth with both potential and existing customers.
Establish and maintain close relationships with new and existing customers through the entire sales cycle, from pre-sales to post-sales.
Build and maintain strong, friendly connections with customers, ensuring long-term trust and collaboration.
Align with and execute the company's sales strategy to target the right customers.
Conduct regular customer visits on a weekly visit and provide visit reports.
Participate in weekly management discussions to review, refine and implement effective sales strategies.
Identify and address customer challenges or special requirements, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Act as a key bridge between customers and the technical team, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
Min 1 - 3 years of experience in sales or application engineering, preferably in EMS, electronic manufacturing services or others customer in other electronic company.
Strong technical knowledge of product design, manufacturing processes, and customization.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CAD software and MS Office familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
