Responsibilities
- Use Microsoft Excel and Word to prepare and maintain procurement documents accurately
- Organize and track multiple purchasing tasks to ensure timely order processing
- Communicate clearly in English and Mandarin to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
- Review purchase requests and assist in supplier liaison to support procurement operations
- Maintain detailed records to support efficient purchasing workflows and reporting
