Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to support business growth through content creation, lead generation, and sales coordination.
This role requires a balance of creative marketing execution and client engagement, with a strong focus on converting leads into successful renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Content Development
- Develop and execute content strategies across digital platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, website)
- Create engaging content including: Renovation project showcases (before & after)Short-form videos and reels Educational content (e.g., renovation tips, cost guides, space planning ideas)
- Coordinate with project and site teams to capture project progress for marketing use
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
2. Lead Generation & Campaign Execution
- Plan and support digital marketing campaigns (organic and paid) to generate leads
- Manage and respond to inbound enquiries via social media, WhatsApp, and website platforms
- Qualify leads and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain proper documentation of leads and enquiries
3. Sales Support & Client Engagement
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentation materials
- Support the sales process through follow-ups and coordination with clients
- Attend client meetings and site visits when required
- Build rapport with clients and contribute to conversion of leads into projects
4. Performance Tracking & Improvement
- Monitor and analyse key metrics such as engagement rates, lead generation, and conversion rates
- Recommend improvements to marketing strategies and sales processes
- Stay updated on renovation trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or sales support
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite or equivalent)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in renovation, interior design, or woodworking industry
- Familiarity with handling customer enquiries and sales coordination
- Comfortable appearing on camera for content creation
