Chitose Agriculture Initiative delivers premium agricultural produce through retail, events, and direct-to-consumer experiences. We combine high-quality products with engaging on-ground activations and digital marketing to bring fresh farm experiences closer to customers.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to support our growing B2C operations. This role blends retail sales, event execution, event booking coordination, and social media marketing-perfect for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and creative marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Retail

  • Drive sales performance and achieve targets

  • Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge

Events Execution & Coordination

  • Support and execute events and promotions (e.g. roadshows, festivals, pop-ups)

  • Coordinate event bookings including liaising with clients, venues, and partners

  • Manage event schedules, confirmations, and documentation

  • Assist in event setup, coordination, and on-site operations

  • Engage customers during events to promote products and drive sales

Marketing & Social Media

  • Create and post engaging content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

  • Capture photos/videos during events and retail operations

  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches

  • Respond to customer enquiries on social media platforms

  • Monitor basic performance metrics (engagement, reach) and suggest improvements

Operations Support

  • Coordinate with internal teams on logistics and operations

  • Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of retail space

  • Support ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales, retail, events coordination, or marketing preferred

  • Basic skills in content creation (photo/video editing, caption writing)

  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage bookings and schedules

  • Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)

  • Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude

  • Fresh Grad or no experience are welcome to apply
