Sales & Marketing Executive

1. You shall report directly to the Founder & Co-founder of the company, or such other person who may assigned by the management.

2. Build a pipeline through marketing outreach, networking, and lead generation tools.

3. Pursuing new commercial projects & markets to optimize company assets & achieve sales targets

4. Conduct site assessments, gather feedback from clients and firms, understand the specific requirements of a workspace to identify areas for improvement

5. Build & maintain strong customer & projects.

6. Prepare customized quotations and sales proposals based on client requirements.

7. Follow up and negotiate with customers while adhering to company pricing policies.

8. Collaborate with operation, design team & customers on project execution.

9. Project management, site supervision, work schedule within timeline

10. Work closely with site supervisor, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project work is smooth

11. Able to travel to site during renovation period

12. Respond to client's email/ tele enquiries in a timely & professional manner
