Work closely with the Publishing Manager and/or Senior Editor to generate sales materials.
Develop and maintain good business relationships with pre-schools, primary, secondary schools, libraries, learning centers, churches etc.
Responsible for developing and establishing relationships with Heads of Departments of schools for adoption of our products/books in the schools curriculum.
Responsible for reaching out to churches for book table sales and other business opportunities.
Develop and nurture relationships with distributors.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms including but not limited to social media, e-commerce platforms, etc.
Responsible for planning the sales budgets and forecasts.
Responsible for implementing sales strategy for Armour's titles and creating go-to market initiatives.
Analyse sales data/effectiveness of Sales & Marketing campaigns.
Conduct annual reviews of key accounts business and make recommendations to drive sales.
Monitor market trends in Children, Education, General and Christian genres.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis.
Responsible for meeting sales target set by the Management.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of the book publishing trade and its product development life cycles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders of all levels.
Driven and results-oriented.
Passionate about education and books.
Fluent and eloquent to converse in English and Mandarin.
Reads and writes well in English.
Proficient in WordPress website management, WooCommerce, payment gateways, social media platforms such Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.
