Job Description

Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive both new business development and key account management for advanced semiconductor materials. This role blends strategy and execution, with approximately 20% focus on business development and 80% on managing and growing existing customer relationships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Execute plans to identify and develop new customers in targeted markets.
  • Collaborate with product, business, and factory teams to create opportunities and support new customer acquisition.
  • Partner with Product Management & Marketing teams to implement initiatives for market growth.
  • Drive business growth through strategic account management and assigned product lines.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer enquiries and issues related to contracts, quotations, pricing, product design, prototype samples, production schedules, delivery, quality, and compliance.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term partnerships through proactive support.
  • Manage stock planning, consignment, and timely collection of payments.

Sales Planning & Market Insight

  • Analyze customer demand and provide accurate monthly sales forecasts.
  • Gather and interpret market intelligence to support short- and long-term sales strategies.
  • Regularly engage with customers to improve CRM, identify opportunities, and stay updated on market trends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align on forecasts, production schedules, and product development.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Participate in cross-functional projects, committees, or audits when required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Electronics, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • 25 years of sales experience in semiconductors, electronics, or high-tech materials.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor supply chains, components, or materials has an edge.
  • Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and deliver results.
  • Business acumen with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
