Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop sales channels, achieving target revenue and strong product presence & distribution.
• Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects for business.
• Develop and maintain strategic business relationship with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships.
• Developing and executing channel sales strategies to increase the rate of sale of brands.
• Coordinate and Execute sales and marketing campaigns/ joint promotional activities, achieving business objectives & goals.
• Analyse and Report on sales trend & performance.
• Preparation and upkeep of sales call reports and administration tasks.
• Working with various departments and personnel to facilitate daily operations.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG industry.
• Strong negotiation skill, excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Efficient problem solving and analytical skills, result oriented and able to work independently.
• Possess good knowledge in MS Office.
