Responsibilities

• Drive demand planning by analyzing supermarket industry trends to optimize inventory and sales forecasting
• Lead and manage a team of van sales drivers to consistently meet weekly and monthly sales targets
• Operate a chiller truck to maintain delivery continuity during team members leave or absence
• Communicate fluently in Mandarin and English to coordinate with team members and stakeholders effectively
• Resolve operational issues on the ground promptly to support the sales team and escalate to sales management when necessary
• Lead the sales team by setting clear objectives and motivating members to achieve sales results

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Manual driving license held for over one year
