JPB Employment Pte. Ltd. (license number : 16C8445) is a licensed employment agency in Singapore. We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead sales operations, manage key client relationships, and support business expansion in the foreign domestic worker placement sector.
This role is responsible for driving revenue performance, leading a sales team, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
- Lead, supervise, and manage a team of sales consultants, including training and performance monitoring
- Oversee strategic client relationships and high-value accounts
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including partnerships and corporate clients
- Own sales forecasting, performance tracking, and revenue planning
- Lead resolution of complex client and operational escalations
- Ensure compliance with relevant Singapore employment agency regulations
- Support coordination across different branch locations as required
- Occasional overseas travel may be required for business development and partner engagement
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role
- Experience in employment agency, recruitment, or service-based industry preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Good understanding of Singapore employment regulations is an advantage
- CEI certification is an advantage
