About the Role
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the team consistently meets performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business goals
- Handle key accounts and support complex negotiations
- Improve sales processes and implement best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5-8 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions
- Experience in import & export trading and/or the food & beverage industry will be an advantage.
