This position is responsible for growing The Company's business across the Asia Pacific region, focusing on developing new client relationships and increasing sales from core markets: Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. The role requires identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver The Company's solutions effectively and profitably.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Business Development & Sales Growth
- Develop and execute a structured sales growth plan for APAC, focusing on Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with prospective clients across key sectors such as automotive, retail, financial services, logistics, technology, and telco.
- Represent The Company as a subject-matter expert in brand implementation, helping clients understand our capabilities and full-service offering.
- Deliver measurable revenue growth through new client acquisition and targeted strategic pursuits.
Client Engagement & Proposal Management
- Lead client meetings,presentations, and capability introductions.
- Understand client needs and translate them into tailored proposals and commercial offerings.
- Prepare estimates,quotations, and sales forecasts in coordination with Project Management, Design, Finance, and Leadership teams.
- Ensure proposals are commercially sound and operationally deliverable.
Account & Pipeline Management
- Maintain an active and disciplined sales pipeline using The Company's CRM tools.
- Report regularly on pipeline progress, forecast accuracy, and sales performance.
- Ensure all business development activities are well documented, transparent, and aligned with APAC leadership expectations.
Collaborationwith Internal Teams
- Collaborate with local and regional project teams to ensure client expectations are met throughoutproject delivery.
- Provide market intelligence to support pricing strategies, regional competitiveness, and cross-border collaboration.
- Support regional strategy, long-range planning, and new market development initiatives.
Brand Ambassadorship
- Represent The Company at industry events, client meetings, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Maintain strong understanding of local market trends, brand requirements, and competitoractivity.
Other Responsibilities
- Support internal strategic projects and regional initiatives as required.
- Contribute to the overall growth and strengthening of APAC operations.
Knowledge,Skills & Attributes - Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, design management, international business, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, ideally in: brand implementation, retail fit-out, signage, design, construction, or related services.
- Proven track record ofwinning new business and managing mid-to-large enterprise accounts.
- Strong understanding of commercial pricing, sales forecasting, negotiation, and contract fundamentals.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to engage senior stakeholders confidently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Fluency in English an additional Asian language (Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin, or Bahasa Indonesia) is advantageous.
- Ability to travel across Southeast Asia for client meetings and business development.
- High level of personal motivation, accountability, and business maturity.
- Strong computer skills (preferably Apple Mac environment, Word, Excel, Keynote/ PowerPoint, Outlook,etc.)
