We are seeking a sales Manager to join a Marine Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales revenue and growth through effective business development plans and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development plans and sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide pre-sales and after-sales support.
- Work closely with the Product Manager to create high-quality proposals that meet customer needs.
- Liaise with the Technical Manager to ensure efficient sales and delivery of systems and services to customers.
- Maintain a strong network of contacts in the marine industry and stay up-to-date with market trends and developments.
Requirements:
- Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering or related industry.
- 2-4 years of relevant working experience with a good sales track record.
- Excellent business acumen, communication, and presentation skills.
