Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence
- Manage the full sales cycle-including prospecting, qualification, research, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing SaaS contracts with senior B2B executives.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through personal networks, lead generation initiatives, and market intelligence.
- Drive pipeline growth by engaging potential clients, tracking opportunities, and accurately forecasting sales performance.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to refine sales materials, value propositions, and offerings.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless account handovers, supporting trial management and long-term customer engagement.
- Provide timely reports on sales performance, pipeline status, challenges, and resource needs, while sharing customer insights to inform product enhancements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the logistics and shipping industry, or related sectors such as ocean freight or maritime; exposure to LogTech solutions is advantageous.
- Self-motivated and capable of independently managing the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
- Well verse in negotiation, and closing skills, with a track record of engaging and influencing senior-level stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, resolve challenges proactively, and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
