Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence
Manage the full sales cycleincluding prospecting, qualification, research, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing SaaS contracts with senior B2B executives.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through personal networks, lead generation initiatives, and market intelligence.
Drive pipeline growth by engaging potential clients, tracking opportunities, and accurately forecasting sales performance.
Partner with marketing and product teams to refine sales materials, value propositions, and offerings.
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless account handovers, supporting trial management and long-term customer engagement.
Provide timely reports on sales performance, pipeline status, challenges, and resource needs, while sharing customer insights to inform product enhancements.
Requirements
Proven experience in the logistics and shipping industry, or related sectors such as ocean freight or maritime; exposure to LogTech solutions is advantageous.
Self-motivated and capable of independently managing the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
Well verse in negotiation, and closing skills, with a track record of engaging and influencing senior-level stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, resolve challenges proactively, and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
