Reeracoen Singapore is a leading recruitment firm dedicated to providing end-to-end recruitment solutions for a diverse range of clients. As a Sales Manager (Japanese Speaking) in Reeracoen Singapore, you will be expected to provide top-notch, tailor-made recruitment consultation on hiring needs, market situations, and solutions for our clients in Singapore.
You will be mentoring Senior and Junior Recruitment Consultant (RA) while also working closely with our Career Consultant (CA) to deliver suitable and screened candidates to our client.
Reporting to: Branch Manager & Managing Director.
What will you be working on
- Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their specific hiring needs and culture.
- Develop new clients through innovative business development methods or ways, such as cold calling, attending networking events, webinars, etc.
- Advertise and search for candidates, perform proactive sourcing of quality candidates through various job portals (Jobstreet, Linkedin, etc.)
- Screen resumes to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for our client.
- Coordinate and manage the interview process between clients and candidates, including scheduling and feedback collection.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and recruitment best practices to offer informed guidance to clients.
- Overseeing team members, including management consultants and recruitment advisors at various levels.
- Experience in creating sales reporting and sales management sheets.
- A strategic and business-minded incumbent.
- Manage junior and senior RAs to lead the sales team and maximise sales operations to achieve company targets.
What we are offering
- Flexible timings from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm (as long as the employee fulfils 8 hours, excluding lunch break).

What they're looking for
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree holders in Human Resources, Marketing, or Business studies
- At least 10 years of management & sales experience in the Recruitment or Talent Acquisition industry
- Proficiency in both English and Japanese (JLPT N1) in speaking, listening & writing is essential for working closely with Japanese clients and stakeholders
- Familiarity with end-to-end recruitment process is highly desired!
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong passion for project management, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a Japanese company or having a high interest in Japanese culture is an added advantage!
- Possessing CEI Certification (Basic) or KAH (Key Appointment Holder) is preferred although not a must (The shortlisted candidate is expected and should be willing to take the certification before/within joining).
