Job Description

Our client is a company located in Singapore, specializing in the supply of fresh Chinese produce, fruits, and condiments. It serves clients such as a major supermarkets, chain restaurants and hotels, as well as government and corporate canteens

Office : Near to Haw Par Villa MRT

Responsible for the fresh produce supply business, developing key B2B clients, managing the sales team, and achieving performance targets.

Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Manage the evaluation and assessment of the sales team's performance. Track and manage team members tasks related to financial collection, reconciliation, account recovery, and processing. Assist sales staff in handling and accepting customer complaints, resolving issues for clients.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and plans, ensuring sales targets are met and market share is increased. Continuously monitor market dynamics, understand competitor situations, and formulate countermeasures.
  • Client Development & Solution Provision: Through market research and marketing activities, actively seek out and develop new potential clients, understand client needs and objectives, and provide customized solutions to meet their fresh ingredient delivery requirements. Expand business scale, promote brand awareness and image, and increase sales opportunities.
  • Order Management & Coordination: Collaborate with the internal supply chain team to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery. Coordinate communication and collaboration between internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Requirements

  • Sales Management Experience: Possess relevant industry sales management experience experience specifically in fresh supply chain or F&B industry sales management will be a distinct advantage.
  • Business Knowledge: Have an in-depth understanding of the fresh supply chain and F&B industry, familiar with the processes and requirements of ingredient distribution. Understand the business models and needs of key account clients and be able to provide them with professional solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of effective communication with clients at different levels. Able to listen to client needs and convey information accurately, establishing good working relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong team spirit and coordination skills, able to work closely with internal teams to achieve sales goals collectively. Able to effectively coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure on-time order delivery.
  • Business Acumen: Possess strong commercial insight and market analysis capabilities, able to understand market trends and competitor situations. Able to develop effective sales strategies and plans to improve sales performance and market share.
  • Self-Management: Possess good organizational and time management skills, able to effectively handle multiple tasks and projects. Possess resilience and the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and achieve targets.
  • Results-Oriented: Focused on outcomes and achieving tangible sales results. Able to set and achieve sales targets, and evaluate and improve sales performance.
