About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented professional to manage and grow our Executive Education portfolio across Southeast Asia. This role focuses on business development, programme coordination, and client relationship management. The Sales Manager will support the delivery of high-quality learning programmes for corporates, governments, and professionals while contributing to revenue growth and client satisfaction.
This position is ideal for a strategic professional with strong commercial acumen, knowledge of executive education, and a passion for learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support business development initiatives to expand Executive Education programmes.
- Assist in identifying and securing corporate, government, and institutional partnerships.
- Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and contribute to revenue targets.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support programme development and strategic planning.
- Oversee programme delivery, evaluation, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with faculty and learning designers to ensure programme relevance and quality.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct client needs analyses to support customised learning solutions.
- Represent the organisation at selected regional events, conferences, and forums.
- Mentor and support team members in achieving performance objectives.
- Coordinate with marketing, faculty, and administrative teams to align programmes with organisational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required Master's in Business, Education, or related field preferred.
- 6-8 years of experience in executive education, corporate training, or business development.
- Track record in managing client relationships and supporting business growth.
- Understanding of adult learning, micro-credentials, and professional development in Southeast Asia.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to contribute to proposal development, pricing, and contracts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Regional exposure or cross-cultural experience in Southeast Asia is a plus.
