Job Description

Achieve sales growth and meet targets through effective leadership and management of the sales team
Analyze budgets, prepare annual budget plans, schedule expenditures, and ensure sales quotas and goals are consistently met
Develop and implement effective sales plans, marketing strategies, and communication plans
Generate new business leads and identify opportunities to expand market reach
Maintain and strengthen strong business relationships with existing customers
Identify potential partners and collaboration opportunities to enhance current operations
Monitor market trends and competitive activities to inform sales strategies
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and performance reports
Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and manage sales and marketing teams to meet HR and business objectives
Work collaboratively with the sales team to evaluate projections and improve results
Perform other ad-hoc duties asassigned by management
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in sales or business development
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activities
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays, when required
