Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Singapore for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. Day-to-day tasks include managing a sales team, developing sales strategies, providing guidance and support to team members, meeting sales targets, and delivering sales presentations. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with other departments to align sales goals with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management
• Strong knowledge of nonprofit software, donor management, technology solutions related to nonprofit fundraising
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Ability to work well within a team and across various departments
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the fundraising or non-profit sector is a plus
