We are seeking a
Sales Manager
Summary:Responsible for channel development and sales growth in the assigned Asian countries for the Wirtgen Group product range. Managing the dealer channel, investigating market opportunities for roadbuilding & mineral processing products, growing channel capabilities, building customer relationships and network, working with dealers to generate credible leads and close sales opportunities.
Location: Singapore
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop Dealer channel to provide the best distribution for the Wirtgen products.
- Responsible for sales targets through dealer channel.
- Work closely with intercompany teams in Germany and the channel to develop and execute strategies in the managed territories.
- Retain good relationship with existing customers and approach to new customers along with dealers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Successful sales and dealer management experience in the roadbuilding (primary) and mineral processing (secondary) equipment industry.
- Product knowledge in roadbuilding (primary) & mineral processing (secondary).
- Strong Communication skills and ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong work ethic, integrity and high ownership.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to travel 60% as per business needs.
- Bachelor degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active customer network in S.E.Asia (contractors, quarries, large construction companies etc.).
- Wirtgen Group Products knowledge.
- Technical background in engineering, customer support, product application.
- Language skills such as Korean, Bahasa, Tagalog or Vietnamese will be additional advantage
