Lifescience Company are seeking a Senior Sales Manager (SEA + Taiwan).
Role
-Responsible for the development & performance of sales activities in assigned activities
-Directs and develops the sales team and provided leadership towards the achievement of order and sales growth in line with company vision and values
-Maximise order, sales growth and margin contribution of the team, Identify and prioritise sales opportunities and marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing team.
-Responsible for input and effective management of the P&L for the defines product portfolio including margin, stock management and expenses.
-Provide leadership and development of the team members to assist them in reaching their full potential.
-Coach and performance manage individuals as required and address high conflict situations whilst ensuring the needs of the business are met and adhere to company values and behaviours.
Experience
-Min Bachelor degree in business/engineering or a science-related discipline highly desirable
-Proven ability to lead and manage a team of Sales and Applications specialist.
-Must have substantial experience operating within the Southeast Asia region, with strong knowledge of its markets, customers, and business practices
-Must have distributor management experience.
