Job Description
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential clients to qualify interest.
2. CRM & Sales Operations
Maintain sales/admin system by logging all client interactions. Clean and organize data to ensure the sales funnel remains accurate and up-to-date. Track monthly sales and KPIs.
3. Sales Support & Collateral
Assist in creating tailored pitch decks, proposals, and quotations using PowerPoint or Canva. Conduct market research on competitors. Prepare and assist in client meetings.
4. Client Engagement
Shadow senior staff during sales calls or product demonstrations to learn closing techniques. Follow up with inactive leads to re-engage them with new promotions or product updates. Help manage logistics for sales events, roadshows, or exhibitions.
You will work in a dynamic environment under senior leadership. You will be guided and learn the art of persuasion, develop professional resilience, and build a high-value network of industry leaders. This role will enable you to learn how to solve real-world business problems and understanding the mechanics of sales and revenue generation.
