About Us

Giftly SG specializes in curated and customized corporate gifts for businesses of all sizes. We work closely with corporate clients to deliver creative, high-quality, and personalized gifting solutions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Sales Intern to support our corporate sales team and gain hands-on B2B sales experience.

Role Overview

The Corporate Sales Intern will support the sales team in handling client inquiries, preparing sales proposals, and coordinating orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling incoming sales leads and client inquiries

  • Support preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and presentations

  • Create basic product mockups using Canva (e.g. logo placement, simple edits)

  • Assist with client communication under supervision

  • Coordinate orders, punctual timelines, and deliveries with internal teams

  • Maintain sales records and update tracking sheets / CRM

  • Provide general support to the sales team in day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • Singaporean or Permanent Resident preferred.

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed studies (Polytechnic / University / Private institutions)

  • Strong interest in sales, business development, or marketing

  • Basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, CANVA or willingness to learn

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and suppliers)

Internship Allowance & Benefits

  • Monthly allowance: S$1,000-S$1,200

  • Performance-based bonus may be provided based on contribution and performance

  • Hands-on exposure to B2B corporate sales and client servicing

  • On-the-job training and mentorship from experienced team members

  • Opportunity to convert to part-time or full-time role upon successful completion

Internship Duration

  • 3 to 6 months (extension or conversion subject to performance and business needs)
