Role Purpose -
We are looking for a motivated and curious intern to join our Sales & Business Development team. This role offers hands-on exposure to merchant acquisition, onboarding, and activation processes across the F&B and retail sectors in Singapore. You'll work closely with experienced sales professionals and gain real-world experience in fintech and digital payments.
The responsibilities we entrust you with -
- Support merchant outreach and onboarding efforts for FavePay QR and Pine Labs POS terminals.
- Assist in managing the merchant acquisition funnel, including lead generation, follow-ups, and activation tracking.
- Help coordinate merchant training and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
- Work with internal teams to resolve merchant queries and improve onboarding processes.
- Contribute to reporting and performance tracking of merchant acquisition activities.
What matters in this role -
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales, fintech, and the F&B/retail sectors.
- Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM platforms is a plus.
