Job Description

  • Research and identify potential leads that fit Univers ideal customer profile (ICP)
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate meetings
  • Qualify leads using criteria such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
  • Manage and update the CRM (Salesforce) with lead status and outcomes
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize messaging and outreach strategies
  • Assist in preparing outreach materials, including one-pagers and case studies
  • Join selected client meetings to observe and learn
