Edible Garden City (EGC) is seeking a passionate Sales & Business Development Executive to grow our business. You will solicit sales leads and be the first touchpoint for client enquiries, fulfilling client requirements with our holistic range of product and service offerings from workshops and programmes to garden builds, maintenance, and farm produce. You will also support the nurturing of long-term client relationships and key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Account Management
- Respond promptly to inquiries from schools, corporate clients, and the public.
- Manage accounts end-to-end, ensure quotations, bookings, contracts are accurate and ensure smooth programme delivery.
- Host client visits, farm tours, and site recces at our Farm.
Sales & Business Development
- Develop tailored proposals and pricing strategies, particularly for schools.
- Identify and secure long-term institutional partnerships.
- Promote EGCs suite of products and services (programming, garden builds, maintenance, farm produce).
- Align efforts with Marketing to strengthen outreach and lead generation.
Mission Advocacy
- Champion EGCs social mission by embedding sustainability, food resilience, and experiential learning into client conversations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs across operational, aesthetic, and cost considerations.
