JOB DESCRIPTION - SALES EXECUTIVE
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- To provide a good level of customer service and respond to customers inquiries with quotations and proposals, and demonstrate and present products and services
- To identify potential customers through various sources such as online platforms, industry directories, referrals, and networking
- Cold call, email, or engage in other forms of communication to establish contact with potential leads and existing customers and listen to their needs and concerns
- To assist in resolving customer complaints and product issues, determining the cause of the problem, and explaining the best solution to resolve the issue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, contacts, or other tools
- Prepare regular sales reports, including sales performance and revenue forecasts
- To identify and stay updated on industry market conditions and competitors activities
- To continuously enhance the product knowledge, sales skills, and stay updated on new product releases
- Valid Class 3 driver's license is a must.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- A Diploma in Engineering is an advantage or equivalent experience.
- Competitive Base Salary + transport allowance commensurate with experience.
