Role & Responsibilities:
Drive new business acquisition through cold calling, outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals
Qualify and convert inbound leads from digital campaigns, website enquiries, and marketing initiatives
Conduct persuasive sales presentations and solution pitches, both in-person and via virtual platforms
Own the entire sales cycle - from lead generation and proposal submission to negotiation and deal closure
Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
Build a strong pipeline of corporate clients and maintain accurate sales tracking via CRM
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and market pricing to remain commercially competitive
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and successful project delivery
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business or related fields is an advantage
Proven sales experience preferred high-potential entry-level candidates with strong drive are welcome
Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection resilient and results-oriented
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
Able to work independently while thriving in a team-based, target-driven environment
