Job Description

Minmed Group is a leading provider of corporate health and wellness solutions, serving organisations across Singapore. We are looking for driven sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by results, targets, and uncapped earning potential.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business acquisition through cold calling, outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals

  • Qualify and convert inbound leads from digital campaigns, website enquiries, and marketing initiatives

  • Conduct persuasive sales presentations and solution pitches, both in-person and via virtual platforms

  • Own the entire sales cycle - from lead generation and proposal submission to negotiation and deal closure

  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs

  • Build a strong pipeline of corporate clients and maintain accurate sales tracking via CRM

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and market pricing to remain commercially competitive

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and successful project delivery


Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business or related fields is an advantage

  • Proven sales experience preferred high-potential entry-level candidates with strong drive are welcome

  • Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection resilient and results-oriented

  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills

  • Able to work independently while thriving in a team-based, target-driven environment
