About Us
We are a well-established pallet and wooden crate/case manufacturing company with strong expertise in industrial packing solutions. Our core business includes the manufacturing of pallets, wooden crates/cases, and the provision of on-site industrial packing services for various industries.
As part of our business expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, site visits, and referrals
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and after-sales follow-up
Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally
Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Work closely with operations and production teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively
Identify and establish potential 3PL (third-party logistics) partnerships
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets (KPIs)
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors
Experience in packaging, logistics, recycling, or forklift-related industries will be a strong advantage
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable with outdoor sales and client visits
